How Long We Keep It
We hold onto your data only as long as there's a clear reason:
- Active use: retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above
- 90-day rule: if you don't open Cash Arrows for 90 straight days, we automatically purge your personal information
- Analytics: usage statistics may survive longer, but only in anonymized, aggregated form that can never identify you
- Throughout: appropriate technical and organizational safeguards remain active
Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may travel to servers located outside your home country. When that happens, we apply TLS 1.2+ encryption and binding contractual protections to ensure it receives the same level of care — regardless of geography.
